Week 4 : Katoomba Site Visit

There is very little infomation on this project, (as it is part of our role to create awareness to this particular area), The only external resource there is on the Katoomba Aerial Ropeway is the book written by the Hamm family. Due to the lack of resources, the only means of finding the key points of this project was to acutally go visit the site and anaylse as well as meet the Owner.

Before arriving on site, I had already been assigned to model the Towers for the Ropeway System. Through extra images and evidence found through another blog, I modelled what I had predicted to be the Ropeway Tower. Although after the site visit I found out my predictions were incorrect.

We asked both our hosts as many questions as possible, as they were the core and only source of information regarding the Ropeway.

Through video captures are the main resources that will develop out understanding to the Ropeway system
